एवमादिश्य चाक्रूरं मन्त्रिणश्च विसृज्य स: ।
प्रविवेश गृहं कंसस्तथाक्रूर: स्वमालयम् ॥ ४० ॥
evam ādiśya cākrūraṁ
mantriṇaś ca viṣṛjya saḥ
praviveśa gṛhaṁ kaṁsas
tathākrūraḥ svam ālayam
Synonyms
śrī-śukaḥ uvāca — Śukadeva Gosvāmī said; evam — thus; ādiśya — instructing; ca — and; akrūram — Akrūra; mantriṇaḥ — his ministers; ca — and; visṛjya — dismissing; saḥ — he; praviveśa — entered; gṛham — his quarters; kaṁsaḥ — Kaṁsa; tathā — also; akrūraḥ — Akrūra; svam — his own; ālayam — residence.
Translation
Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Having thus instructed Akrūra, King Kaṁsa dismissed his ministers and retired to his quarters, and Akrūra returned home.

Thus end the purports of the humble servants of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda to the Tenth Canto, Thirty-sixth Chapter, of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, entitled “The Slaying of Ariṣṭā, the Bull Demon.”
